Red Bee Principals Stephanie Scharf and Roberta Liebenberg co-chaired a cutting-edge virtual three-day conference, January 2021 sponsored by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession focusing on Women, Power and Disrupting the Status Quo. The Forum brought together over 700 women leaders in the legal profession, representing a global array of international firms, corporations, NGOs and public officials committed to advancing women into leadership roles. The event was highly interactive, including opportunities to learn about strategies and initiatives that have been successful across firms and organizations from around the globe and to engage in dialogue with leaders in the field.
