Red Bee Principals Roberta Liebenberg and Stephanie Scharf were featured speakers at Catholic University’s Law Alumni Weekend, where they presented their original research on how women are progressing in the legal profession, the impact of the pandemic, and their recommendations for ensuring women lawyers keep advancing in firms and corporations.

Bobbi and Stephanie are well known for their use of systematic data to understand how women are progressing in the law and as the basis for best practices about retaining and advancing women into senior positions. Joining their discussion was former ABA President Paulette Brown.
