Red Bee Principals Stephanie Scharf and Roberta (“Bobbi”) Liebenberg have authored a unique groundbreaking report, “Bullying in the Legal Profession: A Study of Illinois Lawyers’ Experiences and Recommendations for Change.”  Sponsored by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, the report presents survey data from more than 6,000 Illinois lawyers to show a clear picture of how  bullying impacts a substantial number of  lawyers from all backgrounds, use the data combined with focus group discussions to recommend  meaningful best practices against bullying, and emphasize the critical roles that employers, bar associations, and leaders in the profession must take to eliminate bullying in the legal profession. The Red Bee Group is especially grateful to the Illinois Supreme Court Commision for its fantastic support and commitment to ending bullying in the law.
