Red Bee Principal Wendy Shiba was selected by the American Bar Association to be 2023-2024 Chair of the ABA’s Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  The Center’s mission is to promote full and equal participation in the ABA, the legal profession, and in the justice system by all persons. In her role as Chair, Wendy will guide the major ABA entities focused on DEI to enhance collaboration, coordination, and communication of their activities and goals.  Over the course of her career, Wendy has served in C-level executive positions for three NYSE-listed companies, worked in private practice, and also was a professor or law.  Wendy has served in many roles for advancing DEI, including as President of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and co-founder of the Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy.  As Principal of The Red Bee Group, Wendy has led group workshops and individual coaching programs to enhance talent development and leadership skills, and participated in targeted research about ways to enhance long-term professional careers.  For more information about Wendy go to Wendy Shiba – The Red Bee Group.
