Red Bee Principal Roberta Liebenberg Quoted in Law.com Labor of Law Column About How Firms Can Prevent a “Mommy Track” for Women in Hybrid Work Settings

With so many employers moving permanently towards hybrid work, Red Bee Principal Roberta Liebenberg asks in a recent Law.com Labor of Law article, “Are we going to see a recurrence of this gender divide that we saw with flex time and part-time—that more men are in the office, and that women and especially women with children are opting to work remotely? And what is that going to mean in terms of their advancement, their compensation, and their ability to attain leadership positions?”

Liebenberg says firms need to be intentional by implementing policies to ensure that all lawyers who work remotely, particularly women and women with children, have equal opportunities.
