Red Bee Principal Roberta Liebenberg and Ninth Circuit Judge Margaret McKeown recently did a podcast with The Lawyer’s Edge discussing the phenomenon of “office mom” work, which falls disproportionately on the shoulders of women lawyers. While it is clear that this work serves as the glue that holds teams together, boosts morale, and creates a supportive office environment, women rarely receive credit for their valuable contributions.
