The Red Bee Group is pleased to welcome Elisa Garcia as a Principal and active participant in Red Bee activities.  Elisa has a distinguished career as a lawyer and Chief Legal Officer of public companies, including Macy’s Inc., Office Depot, Inc., and Domino Pizza. She led corporate initiatives on business strategy, compliance, enterprise risk management, resiliency,  activism, government relations, talent development, and leadership initiatives.  Ms. Garcia currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dollarama, Inc. (DOL:TSX), the Board of the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession, and the Board of DirectWomen.  Ms. Garcia has been recognized by ALPFA as one of the “50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business”  and one of “America’s 50 Outstanding General Counsel” by the National Law Journal.  Prior to her career as an  attorney, Ms. Garcia was an Energy Analyst working in-country with developing country governments  and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
