Red Bee Principal and Co-Founder, Kelly McNamara Corley, participated in a panel discussion at the Ray Garrett Institute at Northwestern University School of Law regarding “ the evolution of Board governance and post pandemic trends and practices”.  The Garrett Institute hosts a leading conference for governance professionals each year.   Kelly shared boardroom best practices regarding confidentiality and privilege in a virtual boardroom, board and committee evaluation practices as well as practical suggestions for corporations relating to communications by officers and directors on topics of public interest.
