Red Bee Principal Christine Edwards spoke as part of a special three-part webinar series hosted by Women Corporate Directors Foundation and sponsored by Edelman. Titled “The Growing Role of Business in Society,” the event discussed the role of boards and business leaders as they look to make meaningful progress on the issues that matter most to stakeholders and grow trust in their organizations.

This series addressed issues around Edelman’s 2022 annual Trust Barometer that revealed that business remains the most trusted institution, facing even greater expectations due to a growing lack of faith in media and government. There is overwhelming evidence that people want business leaders to play a larger role societal issues.
