Laura’s expertise includes strategic organizational planning, talent management, succession planning, executive coaching, leadership development, and creating diversity and inclusion programs in the workplace.
Her background spans multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail and environmental services, with revenues ranging from $30 MM – $7 B. Laura has held executive leadership roles for three hospitals at HCA (the largest for-profit hospital system in the country), Fortegra Financial Corporation, Winn-Dixie Stores, Safety-Kleen and Buesing Corp., a leading civil engineering company. In her most recent role, she was the chief operating officer for Gibson Landscape Services, a commercial landscape and construction company.
Laura operates her own retained search and HR consulting firm and is currently consulting with various clients.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Jacksonville University and an emotional intelligence leadership (EQi2.0, EQ360 and EQ) certificate. Additionally, she earned a strategic human resource planning certificate from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
